The List

In mid-2012 I was inspired by a friend’s list of 27 things to do while he was 27 (shout out to Will and Marie!). I thought it was such an awesome idea and as I approached 30 I thought that it would make the first year of my 30’s that much more fun. So, without further ado…here is my list:

And, in case you can’t read my awful handwriting, here is the list in pretty little text:
1. Skydive
2. Decorate apartment
3. Take LEED exam
4. Work out 10 times a month
5. Take an art class
6. Run a 10K
7. Organize recipes
8. Crochet a scarf
9. Join a book club
10. Go to 1 new place in Indy each month
11. Volunteer with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful

13. Visit Erin & John in Texas
14. Start a worm compost bin
15. Organize photos – digital and printed

I’m so excited for the year ahead. The things on this list don’t have to be done in order, but will need to be completed by February 2nd, 2014. Here’s to a fun 30th year of life. And if you’d like to join me in my adventures, just let me know!

You’ve got some great ideas. Grandpa and grandma Stoub did that calling family members when they went to Florida several winters. It was great. One Saturday in Indy Micelle and I kidnapped our husbands for the day and day a around of fun things in INDY starting with the NCAA hall of fame . biking along the river, lunch at Irish resturant, etc etc ended with a baseball game at Victory field . What fun that day was.
Enjoy your 30th year. Auntie Marie

Auntie Marie – I’m going to add the NCAA hall of fame museum and the biking along the river to my ‘things to do around Indy’ list. Thanks for the suggestions…and if you have others, I’d love to hear them!
